** A note on the NFL Pick 6 this year **
I have been asked by numerous people about the pick 6. I do plan on running an NFL contest in the forum
should have details by next week. It will start a week or two late. As for the pick 6, unfortunately, it will be changing
to a point. The software we have used over the last 17 years has been discontinued. The software would create the
picksheet, calculate totals, and then create the weekly and season results page (hosting everything here at TCF). Basically, did a lot of the hard work running the contest. Well, after almost two decades, the creators decided to put it to rest. This is a quagmire. There are other options out there to keep records, but many require users to sign up at a different website and then make the picks there. My experience is that most don't want to sign up elsewhere. This is why hosting it 100% here was so special.
So the short of it is, I am working on something for the NFL season. May be late, but it won't look the same which we have enjoyed over the last two decades.
